目的了解分离自石家庄市6家医院冷却塔水的嗜肺军团菌的药物敏感性。方法采用K-B纸片扩散法对30株分离自冷却塔水的嗜肺军团菌进行8大类26种抗生素的药敏实验,参照WS/T125—1999《中华人民共和国卫生行业标准纸片法抗菌药物敏感试验标准》读取结果。结果 30株嗜肺军团菌均对头孢呋辛、强力霉素、四环素、链霉素、环丙沙星、左旋氧氟沙星、莫西沙星、红霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素、利福平、氧氟沙星共12种抗生素敏感,对头孢唑林、氨曲南、氨苄西林、头孢噻吩、头孢他啶、妥布霉素、头孢西丁共7种抗生素均产生不同程度的耐药。实验菌株共产生了8种耐药谱,菌株存在多重耐药性。结论 30株嗜肺军团菌对青霉素类、头孢菌素类、氨基糖苷类耐药较普遍。对大环内酯类、喹诺酮类、利福平类抗生素体外药敏结果优于其他类抗生素,可作为临床治疗军团菌感染的参考用药。
Objective To understand the drug sensitivity of Legionella pneumophila isolated from the cooling tower water of 6 hospitals in Shijiazhuang. Methods Thirty-six strains of Legionella pneumophila isolated from cooling tower water were subjected to antimicrobial susceptibility testing of 26 antibiotics by KB disk diffusion method. According to WS / T125-1999, “Antibiotics Sensitive test standard ”to read the results. Results All the 30 Legionella pneumophila strains were resistant to cefuroxime, doxycycline, tetracycline, streptomycin, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, moxifloxacin, erythromycin, azithromycin, Ofloxacin, a total of 12 kinds of antibiotics sensitive to cefazolin, aztreonam, ampicillin, cefalothin, ceftazidime, tobramycin, cefoxitin total of seven kinds of antibiotics have different levels of resistance. The experimental strains produced a total of eight kinds of drug resistance spectrum, the strain has multiple drug resistance. Conclusion Thirty Legionella pneumophila strains were more resistant to penicillins, cephalosporins and aminoglycosides. For macrolides, quinolones, rifampin antibiotics in vitro susceptibility results superior to other types of antibiotics, can be used as a reference drug for the clinical treatment of Legionella infection.
