滚压加工,是一种无切屑的压力光整加工,可使工件的疲劳强度,耐磨性和耐腐蚀性均有显著改善。我厂产品300g立式注射机的主体机筒,其内孔最后工序采用笔者设计的可调内孔滚压头(以下简称滚压头)进行滚压加工,使内孔粗糙度由原Ra3.2降至Ra0.4或Ra0.8,椭圆度≤0.01mm现将其结构介绍如下: 滚压头由7种零件组成见图,滚头体1材料40Cr调质;垫块2,材料T10,淬硬,并磨两面至Ra0.08;保持盖3是为了防止钢球掉出;钢球4为φ20钢球;螺栓6,材料T10,顶端局部淬硬并研磨至Ra0.08。滚压头外露两钢球(两工作钢球)的尺寸可调,调整范围约4mm,可用千分尺测量所选择的滚压过盈量,螺栓旋入,尺寸增大,旋出尺寸减小.滚压头两工作钢球与孔壁接触施压时,两钢球受力则自动平衡,因此能
