建筑工程项目在实施过程中会遇到各种风险,加强对建设项目中一些常见风险的识别对保障工程施工质量具有重要意义,施工企业应根据风险的特点建立相应的防范机制,以实现对施工风险的有效管理,避免造成不必要损失。本文首先阐述了工程监理风险管理的流程,并在此基础上,对建筑工程监理中存在的管理风险及相应的完善措施进行分析,仅供参考。
