本文观察了预防给予黄蘑碱提物对受2.0GyX射线单次全身照射后24h小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,黄蘑碱提物可明显增加受照小鼠脾、胸腺细胞数,减轻其指数的降低,显著增加脾脏淋巴细胞对ConA诱导增殖反应和胸腺细胞自发增殖反应的能力;黄蘑碱提物可使正常小鼠的上述指标均有增加趋势;与人参多糖辐射防护作用类似。提示,黄蘑碱提物不仅对辐射所致的免疫功能损伤有保护作用,也可增强机体的防御能力,作为免疫增强剂应用于临床是很有希望的。
In this paper, we observed the effects of the extract of Chitosan on the immune function of 24h mice after single whole body irradiation with 2.0Gy X-rays. The results showed that the extracts of chitosan alkali could obviously increase the number of spleen and thymus cells in irradiated mice and reduce the decrease of its index, and significantly increase the ability of spleen lymphocytes to respond to ConA and induce the spontaneous proliferation of thymocytes. Materials can make the above indicators of normal mice have an increasing trend; and ginseng polysaccharide radiation protective effect is similar. Tip, not only on the immune function of radiation-induced damage, but also enhance the body’s defensive ability, as an immune enhancer used in clinical is very promising.
