目前,新课程改革正在全国如火如荼地进行,贵州省也于2010年实施了普通高中新课程改革。在真正施行过程中,必然面临很多问题,像如何对教师及学生进行评价,教学管理、课程设置、选修的开设、教材的衔接和教师观念转变等诸多方面的问题都急需解决,而我们又没有标准的模式可供参考,只能是摸着石头过河。作者就新课程理念下如何提高课堂教学水平谈谈自己的一些认识和体会。
