该研究用全生育期旱胁迫方法,对105份广西栽培稻种质资源进行了抗旱性指标筛选与抗旱性分析,以穗颈粗、单株有效穗、千粒重、穗实粒数、总粒数、结实率与单株产量7个形态性状的综合抗旱D值为鉴定评价指标。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,单株产量与穗颈粗呈显著正相关,与其他5个形态性状呈极显著正相关。通过综合抗旱指数D值的鉴定评价,本研究获得了7个强抗旱型的地方栽培稻品种,占6.67%。广西的陆稻资源的综合抗旱力较强,可重点用于强抗旱种质材料的筛选。本研究为广西的抗旱育种提供了材料基础及理论依据。
In this study, drought resistance index screening and drought resistance analysis of 105 cultivated rice germplasm resources in Guangxi were conducted with drought stress during the whole growth period. The results showed that the panicle diameter, panicles per panicle, , The comprehensive drought resistance D value of seed setting rate and yield per plant of seven morphological traits was the evaluation index. The results showed that under drought stress, the yield per plant was significantly and positively correlated with the panicle weight, and significantly correlated with the other five morphological traits. Through comprehensive appraisal and evaluation of D value of drought resistance index, seven cultivars of local cultivated rice with strong drought resistance were obtained, accounting for 6.67%. The comprehensive drought-resistance of land-rice resources in Guangxi is strong, and can be used for selection of strong drought-resistant germplasm materials. This study provided the material basis and theoretical basis for drought resistance breeding in Guangxi.
