目的 :探讨解脲脲原体 (以下简称 Uu)感染胎盘的发病机制。方法 :取胎膜早破和早产胎盘组织标本各 10例 ,Uu培养均阳性 (试验组 ) ;同时取 10例正常妊娠胎盘组织 (对照组 )进行电镜观察。结果 :试验组胎盘组织中有 16例发现有不同程度的 Uu感染现象 ,并引起绒毛滋养层细胞和绒毛间质发生不同程度的病理改变。结论 :Uu感染是导致部分胎膜早破和早产的主要原因。 Uu不仅吸附在滋养层细胞膜表面诱发相应的超微病理改变 ,而且还进入滋养层细胞体内 ,对滋养层细胞产生直接杀伤作用
Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis of UU infected placenta. Methods: 10 cases of premature rupture of membranes and preterm premature placenta tissue samples were collected, and Uu culture was positive (experimental group). Meanwhile, 10 cases of normal pregnancy placenta tissues (control group) were observed by electron microscopy. RESULTS: Twenty-six placenta tissues in the experimental group were found to have different degrees of Uu infection and caused different degrees of pathological changes in the trophoblast cells and villus stroma. Conclusion: Uu infection is the main cause of premature rupture of membranes and premature labor. Uu not only adsorbed on the surface of trophoblast cell membrane induced by the corresponding ultrastructural changes, but also into the trophoblast cells, the trophoblast cells have a direct killing effect
