企业高层管理人员是企业核心的人力资源,对企业未来的发展起着至关重要的作用。优秀的高管团队给企业带来的价值是有目共睹的,但是,针对如何使高管团队的能力与时俱进这个议题,学术界的研究却比较少。本文分析了传统高管培训存在的缺陷,通过对同方股份高管培训工作的调研,强调战略分析与能力分析在高管培训中发挥的作用,并提出基于战略的高管培训开发模型,最后在经验总结的基础上,提出未来高管培训开发的展望,为国内相关研究提供借鉴。
The top management of the enterprise is the core human resource of the enterprise and plays a crucial role in the future development of the enterprise. The value that an excellent executive team brings to the business is obvious to all, however, there is relatively little research on how to keep the capabilities of an executive team with the times. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional executive training, through the investigation of the training of executives in the same stock, emphasizing the role of strategic analysis and competency analysis in senior management training, and proposes a strategy-based executive training and development model, and finally On the basis of experience, this paper puts forward the prospect of executive training and development in the future and provides reference for domestic related research.
