在小学体育教师事业的发展过程中,教师做出了巨大的贡献,提高教师素质对提升体育教师事业的整体水平,具有重要作用。但是,我国目前小学体育教师数量还不能满足社会的需求,因此,有很多非专业教师进入体育教师教学队伍,这些教师没有经过专业、系统的学习,影响了体育教师事业的发展,因此,研究体育教师的继续教育,具有重要的意义。本文以非体育教师专业教师为研究对象,综合运用调查问卷、个案研究等方法,总结分析出体育教师继续教育的特点,并得出结论。
In the course of the development of primary school PE teacher’s career, teachers have made tremendous contribution and improving the quality of teachers plays an important role in promoting the overall PE teacher career. However, the number of PE teachers in primary schools in our country still can not meet the needs of the society. Therefore, many non-professional teachers enter PE teaching teams. These teachers have not undergone professional and systematic studies and have affected the development of PE teachers. Therefore, Teachers’ continuing education is of great significance. In this paper, non-physical education teachers as the research object, the comprehensive use of questionnaires, case studies and other methods, summarizes the characteristics of physical education teachers continue education and draw conclusions.
