目的 :研究端粒酶活性在食管癌、癌旁组织、正常粘膜中的定位表达情况。方法 :应用原位杂交技术 ,检测端粒酶的mRNA。结果 :食管癌组织中端粒酶阳性表达率为 (2 8/ 30 ) ,明显高于癌旁组织 (4/ 30 )和正常粘膜(0 / 30 )。结论 :原位杂交检测是一种特异、灵敏、简单、准确的端粒酶检测方法 ,端粒酶活性的原位表达是食管癌的一项有用的诊断指标。
Objective: To study the localization of telomerase activity in esophageal cancer, paracancerous tissues and normal mucosa. Methods: The mRNA of telomerase was detected by in situ hybridization. Results: The positive rate of telomerase in esophageal cancer tissues was (28/30), which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (4/30) and normal mucosa (0/30). Conclusion: In situ hybridization detection is a specific, sensitive, simple and accurate method for telomerase detection. The in situ expression of telomerase activity is a useful diagnostic indicator of esophageal cancer.
