集团文化有四种类型,反映的是一个集团与分子企业之间的文化关系,而形成何种文化关系往往受集团企业的形成历史、管控模式、战略目标等诸多要素的约束和影响。而之中,多元型集团企业文化的管理因其难度、复杂度,一直是研究与关注的重点。笔者身处一家国有集团企业的集团企业文化部,在多年管理实践与思考中,认为多元型集团企业文化的管理关键是过程管理。
There are four types of group culture, which reflect the cultural relationship between a group and a molecular enterprise. The formation of cultural relations is often constrained and influenced by many elements such as the formation history, management and control mode, strategic objectives of the group enterprise. Among them, the management of multivariate group corporate culture has always been the focus of research and attention due to its difficulty and complexity. The author is in a state-owned group of corporate culture department, in many years of management practice and thinking, that the management of multi-type group corporate culture is the key to process management.
