通过对美国加州中小学科学实验安全手册的介绍和对美国加州中学化学实验室安全规范的内容特点进行评析,针对我国中学化学实验安全管理的现状提出了五点建议:第一,我国应出台针对中小学科学实验安全规范的官方文件;第二,中学化学实验安全管理要强调化学教师的责任和义务;第三,化学实验安全管理要真正以人为本,实验安全预防措施和设施要到位;第四,注重环保和身体健康是实验室安全管理的重要组成部分;第五,中学化学实验安全规范可以参照国家的认定方法。
Through the introduction of the California primary and middle school science experiment safety manual and the content and characteristics of the California secondary school chemistry laboratory safety regulation, five suggestions are made according to the current situation of the safety experiment of chemistry experiment in our country.
