介绍电子束熔炼炉温度控制的双闭环控制回路方案。对以变压器为负荷的电子束熔炼炉温度控制采用晶闸管调压技术是最佳选择。分析了该方案在实施过程中的几个技术难题,给出了相应的解决措施。运行结果表明,该系统在炉温检测及控制方面,其性能和指标显著提高,减少人为因素造成的不利影响,产品的质量也大幅度提高。为研制电子束熔炼炉提供了理论基础。
Introduce the double closed loop control circuit scheme of electron beam melting furnace temperature control. Thyristor voltage regulation technology is the best choice for temperature control of electron beam melting furnace with transformer as load. Several technical problems in the implementation of the program are analyzed, and corresponding solutions are given. The operation results show that the performance and indexes of the system are significantly improved in the detection and control of the furnace temperature, the adverse effects caused by human factors are reduced, and the quality of the products is also greatly improved. For the development of electron beam melting furnace provides a theoretical basis.
