目的:为制备青藤碱膜剂选择合适的透皮吸收促进剂。方法:以裸鼠皮肤为实验屏障,采用球面对称设计法从氮酮、丙二醇、油酸中选择合适的透皮吸收促进剂及最佳配比。结果:氮酮、丙二醇、油酸的含量分别为6%,1%,6%时,青藤碱有最大的透皮速率常数。结论:氮酮丙二醇油酸(6∶1∶6)的复合体是青藤碱贴片的优良透皮吸收促进剂。
Objective: To select suitable transdermal absorption enhancer for preparation of sinomenine film. Methods: The nude mice skin as the experimental barrier, the use of spherical symmetry design method from the Azone, propylene glycol, oleic acid to choose the appropriate transdermal absorption enhancer and the best ratio. Results Sinomenine had the highest transdermal rate constant when the contents of azone, propylene glycol and oleic acid were 6%, 1% and 6% respectively. CONCLUSION: Azone-propylene glycol-oleic acid (6: 1: 6) complex is an excellent transdermal absorption enhancer for sinomenine patch.
