传统的社会主义政治经济学作为计划经济的理论产物，已不完全适应当代社会主义实践的需要。创建指导社会主义市场经济的新的社会主义政治经济学显得十分迫切和必要。为此必须认真研究本国国情的经济矛盾，在研究对象的体系结构上应纳入对经济运行过程的研究和分析，从而更深刻地揭示社会主义经济规律。
As a theoretical product of planned economy, the traditional socialist political economy has not fully adapted to the needs of contemporary socialist practice. It is imperative and urgent to create a new socialist political economy that will guide the socialist market economy. Therefore, we must conscientiously study the economic contradictions of our own national conditions and study and analyze the process of economic operation in the structure of the research object so as to reveal the economic law of socialism in a deeper sense.
