论述了CA498型车用柴油机的排放控制方法及理论依据,进行了燃烧室、喷油器、喷油泵及气道的匹配试验,就这些因素对排放物的影响进行了分析,并确定了CA498型柴油机的优化匹配方案。十三工况的排放试验结果显示:通过优化匹配提高了CA498柴油机的性能指标,并使其整体排放水平达到了欧I排放法规的要求,NOx、HC与CO的排放指标接近于欧Ⅱ限值。
The emission control method and theoretical basis of CA498 diesel engine are discussed. Matching experiments of combustion chamber, injector, fuel injection pump and air passage are carried out. The influence of these factors on emissions is analyzed, and the model CA498 Diesel optimization matching program. Thirteen emission test results show that: by optimizing the match to improve the CA498 diesel engine performance indicators, and its overall emission level reached the EU I emission regulations, NOx, HC and CO emission targets close to the EU Ⅱ limit .
