稀土改性的四针状氧化锌晶须(稀土氧化锌晶须)是一种新型抗菌复合材料,为评价其抗菌效能及生物安全性,进行了最小抑菌浓度(MIC)测定、生长曲线绘制、抑菌环实验、牛津杯实验、小鼠急性毒性实验、一次性皮肤刺激实验及细胞毒性测试等一系列实验。结果表明,稀土氧化锌晶须对革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌具有很好的抗菌效果,对革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌也具有一定的抗菌效果;稀土氧化锌晶须抗菌效能比普通氧化锌高;喷涂稀土氧化锌晶须的材料表面也具有极好的抗菌性能;稀土氧化锌晶须对小鼠经口灌喂的最大致死量>500mg/kg;1kg/L以下,稀土氧化锌晶须不引起小鼠皮肤刺激反应;提取液浓度低于6.25g/L,溶液浓度40mg/L时对细胞生长均无毒性作用。总体而言,稀土氧化锌晶须属于新型、安全、高效型抗菌材料。
