为了探索将城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰用于沥青路面的适用性,采用综合热分析仪、扫描电镜、比表面积和孔径分析仪等手段对飞灰热性能、表观形貌、比表面积和孔径进行表征;其次分析飞灰沥青混合料路用性能及其影响因素;最后,研究飞灰沥青混合料重金属浸出性能。结果表明:飞灰在沥青混合料各种施工温度下,热稳定性良好、热失重小;飞灰表面多微孔,比表面积、孔径、孔容均比矿粉大,易于吸附沥青组分;飞灰沥青混合料路用性能与飞灰物化特性息息相关,其中水稳定性能最为敏感,与飞灰多微孔及其组分中含有的可溶盐、遇水反应体积膨胀物有关;飞灰经水解提前释放膨胀损伤力后,飞灰掺量(质量分数)2%的沥青混合料路用性能均满足规范要求;飞灰沥青混合料重金属浸出种类及浸出毒性大大降低,除飞灰掺量4%、5%的试件中Pb的全阶段浸出浓度加和超过饮用水标准外,其余均低于饮用水标准,显示出飞灰在沥青路面中的应用对其重金属浸出具有较好的抑制作用。

The fly-ash surface microporous, specific surface area, pore size and pore volume are larger than the mineral powder, The road performance of asphalt mixture is closely related to the physico-chemical properties of fly ash, of which the water stability is the most sensitive, which is related to the soluble salts and water-soluble reaction volume expansion contained in the microporous fly ash and its components. After the expansion damage was released, the road performance of asphalt mixture with 2% fly ash content (mass fraction) met the standard requirements; the heavy metal leaching species and leaching toxicity of fly ash asphalt mixtures were greatly reduced, except fly ash content 4% The leaching concentration of Pb in 5% of the samples exceeded the standard of drinking water, while the others were lower than the standards of drinking water, which showed that the application of fly ash in asphalt pavement had a good effect on the leaching of heavy metals.
