目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清内皮素 (ET)和白细胞介素 6(IL 6)的变化及其临床意义。方法采用放免法检测 52例急性脑梗死患者血清ET 1和IL 6水平 ,并与 2 0例健康人进行对照。结果脑梗死患者急性期血清ET 1和IL 6水平明显高于恢复期 (P <0 .0 1 )。恢复期血清ET 1仍高 ,而IL 6与正常对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。急性期血清ET 1和IL 6升高的程度与梗死灶大小密切相关。结论脑梗死患者血清ET 1和IL 6变化与缺血性脑血管病病理生理过程密切相关 ;脑缺血、缺氧、脑组织损伤及应激反应可能是脑梗死急性期血清ET 1和IL 6升高的重要机制及原因。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum endothelin (ET) and interleukin 6 (IL 6) in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its clinical significance. Methods The levels of serum ET 1 and IL 6 in 52 patients with acute cerebral infarction were detected by radioimmunoassay and compared with 20 healthy controls. Results The levels of serum ET 1 and IL 6 in patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in patients with recovery (P <0.01). ET1 in convalescent serum was still high, while there was no significant difference between IL6 and normal control (P> 0.05). The level of serum ET 1 and IL 6 in acute phase is closely related to the size of infarction. Conclusions The changes of ET 1 and IL 6 in patients with cerebral infarction are closely related to the pathophysiological process of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. The cerebral ischemia, hypoxia, brain injury and stress response may be related to the levels of ET 1 and IL 6 The important mechanism of increase and its reason.
