通过2年盆钵培养试验,对施用鸡粪固液分离产物后暗棕壤腐殖质结合形态含量及特征进行研究。结果表明:与施加新鲜鸡粪处理相比,施用分离鸡粪的固体后,松结态腐殖质含量显著提高,且显著减少了紧结态腐殖质含量,对联结态和稳结态腐殖质含量的影响无明显差异。对土壤松结态胡敏酸/富里酸(H/F)产生显著影响,光密度无明显差别;与对照(ck)相比,施用分离鸡粪的液体后,紧结态腐殖质含量显著提高,对松结态、联结态、稳结态腐殖质含量的影响无明显差异。对松结态、联结态、稳结态腐殖质H/F的影响无明显差别,光密度无明显差别。松紧比表现为施用分离鸡粪的固体处理显著高于ck,分离鸡粪的液体处理与ck间无显著差别。因此,可以通过鸡粪的固液分离施用,调控土壤不同结合形态腐殖质的含量和组成,进而实现土壤有机定向培肥。
