在水库蓄水期间,坝坡容易出现局部裂缝,发生裂缝的原因主要是由于坝基基础土体的湿陷变形引起的。水坝混凝土结构开裂后,其性能与原状混凝土性能相差很大,则严重影响结构的长期安全和耐久运行。文章分析了混凝土结构裂缝产生的原因和机理,并从各个环节提出了预防裂缝的综合措施,采用充填式灌浆法处理土坝宽深裂缝,用以确保混凝土的质量,减少裂缝的发生。
During the impoundment of the reservoir, the local slope cracks tend to occur easily. The causes of the fractures are mainly caused by the collapsible deformation of the foundation soil of the dam foundation. After the dam concrete structure is cracked, the performance of the concrete differs greatly from that of the original concrete, which will seriously affect the long-term safety and durability of the structure. This paper analyzes the causes and mechanism of cracks in concrete structures and puts forward the integrated measures to prevent cracks from all aspects. Filling grouting method is used to deal with wide and deep cracks of earth dam to ensure the quality of concrete and reduce the occurrence of cracks.
