中国长江三峡集团公司科技与环境保护部李翀教授24日在“气候变化”专题讨论会上作了题为《三峡水库温室气体监测与减排效益》的发言。李翀介绍了对三峡水库水体温室气体排放监测的范围、方法、过程与结果。李翀介绍说,通过对三峡水库温室气体的原位监测研究发现,三峡水库不是CH4威胁源,三峡水库温室气体排放水平低,三峡水电是低碳能源。三峡工程作为我国水电开发的典型,其拥有的巨大的低碳、减排效益,体现了水电这一能源形式
On the 24th, at the symposium on climate change, Prof. Li Li from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment of the Three Gorges Corporation of China made a speech entitled “Monitoring and Reducing Emissions Benefits of the Three Gorges Reservoir Greenhouse Gas”. Li Yong introduced the scope, methods, process and results of monitoring greenhouse gas emissions from the Three Gorges Reservoir. Li Yong said that through the study of the greenhouse gas in the Three Gorges Reservoir in situ monitoring found that the Three Gorges Reservoir is not a source of CH4, the Three Gorges Reservoir greenhouse gas emissions are low, the Three Gorges hydropower is a low-carbon energy. As a typical hydropower development in China, the Three Gorges Project has a huge low-carbon and emission-reduction benefit and embodies the energy form of hydropower
