In this paper, 64 sporopollen samples from LN1 well in southern margin of Turpan-Hami basin were used to establish the sporopollen assemblage of Late Carboniferous Crassispora kosankei-Gardenasporites pinnatus-Hamiapollenites chepaiziensis (KPC) in the southern margin of Turpan-Hami basin. Coral and other animal fossils co-preservation, with a single crack, ribbed double balloon pollen and single balloon pollen compared to the development of the main characteristics of the combination of different Angara plant geographic features of the sporopollen assemblage, but also different from the European and American and Chinese plants The sporopollen assemblage in the geographical area is similar to that of the Upper Carboniferous (Chepaizi Formation) in the northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin, indicating that the Turpan-Hami basin belonged to the sub-Analatta flora in the Late Carboniferous.
