当前,企业适应我国加入WTO和建立现代企业制度的要求,建立新的经营体制、管理模式、劳动关系,工会组织维护职工合法权益的任务日显艰巨,保持职工队伍和企业内部稳定的担子更加繁重。为此,工会组织要以江泽民同志“三个代表” 重要思想为指导,进一步顺应时代变革和形势发展,密切结合改制企业的实际,不断提高参政议政的水平,探索实现依法维权的有效方式和运行机制,与时俱进地推动企业民主管理工作。 一、深化对民
