毕业生初入职场,对即将进入的“员工”角色充满憧憬,这是最有工作热情的阶段也是最脆弱敏感的阶段。本文通过考察新生代新员工特点,针对科研企业的发展需要,提出了基于职业能力培养的新员工培训体系的探索。目的为优化新员工成长通道,促进人才培养,为企业发展做好人力资源储备,赢得研发创新的竞争优势。
Graduates entering the work place are full of longing for the upcoming “employee” role, which is the most enthusiastic stage and the most vulnerable phase. In this paper, by investigating the characteristics of the new generation of new employees, in view of the development needs of scientific research enterprises, put forward the exploration of new employee training system based on vocational ability training. The purpose is to optimize the growth path for new employees, promote personnel training, do a good job of human resources reserves for the development of enterprises, and win the competitive advantages of R & D and innovation.
