人事管理在整个企业管理过程中是一个必不可少的组成,其主要管理范围包括了企业的日常安排、人员调配等。但目前的管理方式还是以领导管理为主,施行人事管理自动化能够不断增强企业的市场竞争力,让企业内部不断协调工作,提高整体办事效率。本文针对人事管理的系统功能的特点、需求、设计三方面研究了企业人事管理系统的设计与应用。
Personnel management is an indispensable component in the entire enterprise management process, and its main management scope includes daily business arrangements and staff deployment. However, the current management method is still based on leadership management. The implementation of personnel management automation can continuously enhance the company’s market competitiveness, allow the company to continuously coordinate work, and improve overall efficiency. This paper studies the design and application of the enterprise personnel management system in three aspects: the characteristics, requirements, and design of the system function of personnel management.
