本文报告了用气相色谱法分析紫罗兰酮异构体。用PEG-20M-102白色担体为固定相,以氢气为载气。采用自编的多因素正交法计算程序对色谱操作参数进行了最佳化选择,分离的结果符合定性和定量的要求。定量系用CDMC-IA数据处理机进行归一化法处理,变动系数小于4wt-%,回收率为98-103wt-%。
This paper reports the analysis of ionone isomers by gas chromatography. Use PEG-20M-102 white carrier as the stationary phase and hydrogen as the carrier gas. The self-designed multi-factor orthogonal calculation program was used to optimize the chromatographic operating parameters, and the results of separation were in accordance with the requirements of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The quantification system was normalized by CDMC-IA data processor with a coefficient of variation of less than 4 wt-% and a recovery of 98-103 wt-%.
