在氢氧加热脉冲风洞上,对超音速燃烧室在进口2Ma、总温960~1 420 K条件下的碳氢燃料的点火和火焰稳定进行了实验研究。在直连式超音速燃烧室实验中,通过采用火花塞+氢先锋火焰、火花塞+乙烯先锋火焰的方法实现了煤油燃料的点火和火焰稳定。研究结果显示,当采用氢作为先锋火焰时,利用火花塞能够在燃烧室进口总温960 K条件下实现煤油的点火和火焰稳定;当采用乙烯作为先锋火焰时,利用火花塞,实现没有点火和火焰稳定的最低温度为1 420 K。
In the hydrogen-heated pulsed wind tunnel, the ignition and flame stabilization of the supersonic combustion chamber under the conditions of 2Ma inlet and 960-1 420 K total temperature were studied. In the direct-coupled supersonic combustion chamber experiment, the ignition and flame stabilization of kerosene fuel were achieved by using spark plug + hydrogen pioneer flame and spark plug + ethylene pioneer flame. The results show that when hydrogen is used as the vanguard flame, ignition and flame stabilization of the kerosene can be achieved with a spark plug at a total inlet temperature of the combustion chamber of 960 K; when using ethylene as a pioneer flame, ignition and flame stabilization are achieved with spark plugs The minimum temperature is 1 420 K.
