对于“乳糖不耐受”和“牛奶过敏”的孩子如何喂养呢?凡乳糖酶缺乏者食用牛奶及奶制品应适量,而那些乳糖不耐受的儿童则应尽量选用酸奶等发酵乳。因为发酵乳制品中的益生菌有助于保持或恢复肠道内正常菌群的平衡,促进乳糖的分解,减轻乳糖不耐受症状。此外,有些婴儿喂牛奶后会出现过敏症状,这是因为孕妇在分娩前过多地饮用了牛奶,奶中蛋白抗原经胎盘使胎儿体内产生相应的抗体所致。小儿一旦出现对牛奶过敏现象,尤其是症状较重者,宜改喂豆奶。为防止小儿饮牛奶过敏,一是孕妇分娩前饮奶不宜过多;二是尽量用母乳喂养。
