人力资源作为企业经济发展运作的基础,决定了企业未来发展的方向,现阶段的企业具有不可动摇的市场地位。在现实的发展过程中,企业显现出了自身独特的发展优势,但是近几年来,随着全球经济呈现一体化的发展趋势,企业经济制度模式在一定程度上进行了大规模的改革。在这种发展背景下,企业未来的发展并不明朗,尤其人力资源管理问题如雨后春笋般涌出,限制了企业的发展。由此可见,人力资源在一定程度上是企业正常经济发展的基础。
Human resources, as the basis for the operation and development of an enterprise’s economy, determine the direction for the future development of an enterprise. Enterprises in this stage have an unshakable market position. In the realistic development process, the enterprises have shown their unique advantages in development. However, in recent years, with the development trend of integration in the global economy, the economic system mode of enterprises has undergone a large-scale reform to a certain extent. In this context of development, the future development of enterprises is not clear, especially human resources management problems have mushroomed, limiting the development of enterprises. Thus it can be seen that human resources are to some extent the basis for the normal economic development of enterprises.
