针对一种测井仪器外壳在进行高温高压实验的过程中发生的外壳爆裂事件,通过材料分析以及检验校核计算等找到问题的根本原因。采取重新设计新的外壳尺寸和采用新的加工材料等措施,保证该仪器外壳在高温高压下的稳定性,从而在这方面避免仪器在下井作业时发生测井事故。
