社会主义核心价值观是社会主义核心价值体系的内核和最高抽象,体现社会主义的价值本质,决定社会主义核心价值体系的基本特征和基本方向,引领社会主义核心价值体系的建构。“富强、民主、文明、和谐”与“人的自由全面发展”共同构成社会主义的核心价值观。要以社会主义核心价值体系指导社会主义核心价值观的建构。
The core value of socialism is the core and supreme abstract of the socialist core value system. It reflects the essence of socialism, determines the basic characteristics and basic directions of the socialist core value system, and leads the construction of the socialist core value system. “Prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony” and “human freedom and all-round development” together constitute the core values of socialism.
