煤炭企业武装保卫部门的责任十分重大，企业的安全几乎全部在他们的肩膀上，因此对于武装人员的思想政治工作的事实，是十分必要的，同时能够使武装事业得以正确的发展。因此，本文把对于武装人员思想政治的指导作为基础，进行了一系列加强措施的提出。
