通过对密排管座集箱的地面组对工艺进行优化,分析了工艺中的关键点,得出最佳的施工方案,即按管座处于水平位摆放集箱、自上而下、按行进行组对、将射线探伤安排在夜间进行、安排能胜任全位置焊接的优秀焊工施焊。该工艺具有以下特点:①提高施工安全系数、方便钳工组对;②消除焊接困难位置,降低焊接难度,提高焊缝质量;③方便焊接检验,减少了工序之间的时间冲突,缩短施工工期。
