采用放免分析法检测肾综合征出血热 ( HFRS)患者血浆神经肽 Y( NPY)含量。发现 HFRS患者血浆 NPY浓度 ( 88.92± 2 9.78pg/ ml)较正常人组水平 ( 36.19± 9.0 7pg/ ml)显著增加 ( P<0 .0 1)。NPY变化规律为从发热期即见升高 ,少尿期达高峰 ,多尿期逐渐下降 ,随着病情的缓解及肾功能的恢复逐渐正常。认为 HFRS病程中 NPY血浆浓度变化与病情一致 ,其可能在 HFRS某些发病环节中起作用 ;检测血浆 NPY水平可作为 HFRS的病情监测指标 ,对判断预后及揭示 HFRS某些发病机理具有重要意义
Radioimmunoassay was used to detect plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) levels in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). The plasma concentrations of NPY in HFRS patients (88.92 ± 2 9.78pg / ml) were significantly higher than those in the normal controls (36.19 ± 9.07pg / ml) (P <0.01). NPY changes from the onset of fever that see the peak, reached the peak oliguria, polyuria gradually decreased, with the disease and renal function recovery gradually normal. It is considered that the change of plasma concentration of NPY in HFRS is consistent with the disease, which may play a role in some pathogenesis of HFRS. Detecting plasma NPY level may be used as the monitoring indicator of HFRS, which is of great significance in judging the prognosis and revealing some pathogenesis of HFRS
