目的建立HPLC法测定心脑联通胶囊中丹酚酸B和大豆苷元含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法。Diamonsil ODS柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-体积分数为0.1%磷酸水溶液(体积比为41.5∶58.5)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温为35℃,检测波长为280 nm。结果丹酚酸B质量浓度在19.2~153.6 mg.L-1内、大豆苷元质量浓度在2.8~22.4 mg.L-1内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999 5和0.999 7。方法平均回收率分别为100.8%(RSD=1.0%)和99.2%(RSD=1.1%)。结论本方法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,可用于心脑联通胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of salvianolic acid B and daidzein in Xinnaotong capsule. Method using HPLC method. Diamonsil ODS column (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-volume fraction of 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (volume ratio 41.5:58.5) as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 mL.min-1, column temperature 35°C, The detection wavelength is 280 nm. The results showed that the salvianolic acid B concentration ranged from 19.2 to 153.6 mg.L-1, and the daidzein concentration ranged from 2.8 to 22.4 mg.L-1. The linear relationship was good with the chromatographic peak area. The correlation coefficients were 0.999 5. 0.999 7. The average recovery of the method was 100.8% (RSD = 1.0%) and 99.2% (RSD = 1.1%), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Xinnaotongtong capsule.
