在机械制造中,广泛使用各种不同廓形的磨头来加工小孔、沟槽、内、外成形表面及磨掉毛边。磨头通常采用粘合材料(如电木胶和无机粘结剂等)利用手工方法把它固定在金属杆上。此法不仅工效低,并且磨头与金属杆的同轴度不易保证。苏联最近介绍一种用低熔点锌合金(?)AM4—1材料来装配磨头的新方法,它不但工效高,并且能保证磨头与金属杆之间有较高的相对位置精度。
In machine construction, grinding heads of various profile shapes are widely used to machine holes, grooves, inner and outer forming surfaces, and to remove burrs. The grinding head is usually fixed to the metal rod by hand using adhesive materials such as Bakelite and inorganic binders. This method is not only inefficient, and the coaxiality of grinding head and metal rod is not easy to guarantee. The Soviet Union recently introduced a new method of assembling a grinding head with a low melting point zinc alloy (AM4-1) material that not only has high work efficiency but also ensures a high relative positional accuracy between the grinding head and the metal rod.
