以TC4钛合金为研究对象,利用Abaqus有限元软件建立了搅拌摩擦焊过程的有限元模型,进行了焊后应力场的研究。数值模拟结果表明:焊后的纵向残余拉应力与高的Mises等效应力主要出现在搅拌区;纵向残余应力呈现典型的双峰分布规律,且峰值出现在搅拌区的两边缘。随焊接速度的减少与旋转速度的提高,搅拌摩擦焊接头的Mises等效应力峰值呈现上升的趋势。
Taking TC4 titanium alloy as the research object, a finite element model of the friction stir welding process was established by Abaqus finite element software and the post-weld stress field was studied. The numerical simulation results show that the longitudinal residual stress and the high Mises equivalent stress mainly appear in the agitation zone after welding. The longitudinal residual stress shows a typical bimodal distribution and the peak appears at both edges of the agitation zone. With the decrease of welding speed and the increase of rotation speed, the peak value of Mises equivalent stress of friction stir welding joint tends to increase.
