目的观察重复 +Gz作用下大鼠多脏器脂质过氧化作用的变化。方法雄性Wistar大鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为两组 (n =1 0 ) :对照 ( + 1Gz)组 ,+ 1 0Gz组。两组分别受 + 1Gz ,+ 1 0Gz作用。离心机暴露条件 :+G增长率 0 .5G/s,峰值持续时间 30s,间隔 1min ,5次 /d ,3d/wk ,共 3wk。末次离心机暴露后次日 ,将大鼠断头处死 ,于冰浴上速取肺、心、肝、肾制备匀浆及心、肾线粒体。检测丙二醛 (MDA)、甘谷胱肽 (GSH)的含量及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果对照组比 ,重复 + 1 0Gz暴露后 ,心肌线粒体MDA含量明显增加 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,肝匀浆及肾线粒体SOD含量明显降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而心、肾线粒体GSH含量无明显变化。结论重复 + 1 0Gz应激导致心肌线粒体的脂质过氧化损伤 ,对肝、肾氧自由基代谢有一定影响
Objective To observe the changes of lipid peroxidation in multiple organs of rats under repeated + Gz treatment. Methods Twenty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups (n = 10): control group (+ 1Gz) and + 10Gz group. Two groups were + 1Gz, +10 Gz role. Centrifuge exposure conditions: + G growth rate of 0.5G / s, the peak duration of 30s, interval 1min, 5 times / d, 3d / wk, a total of 3wk. The next day after the last centrifuge exposure, the rats were decapitated, and the lung, heart, liver and kidney were homogenized and the mitochondria of the heart and kidney were prepared rapidly on an ice bath. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were detected. Results Compared with the control group, the content of MDA in myocardial mitochondria was significantly increased (P <0.01) after repeated exposure of +10 Gz, the content of SOD in liver homogenate and renal mitochondria was significantly decreased (P <0.01) Mitochondrial GSH content did not change significantly. Conclusions Repeated + 10Gz stress induces lipid peroxidation injury in myocardial mitochondria, which may affect oxygen and oxygen free radical metabolism in liver and kidney
