目的:建立化妆品中丙烯酰胺残留的固相萃取-衍生化-气相色谱分析方法。方法:化妆品中丙烯酰胺采用去离子水超声提取,高速离心过滤后固相萃取柱净化,溴化衍生后用乙酸乙酯萃取,经气相色谱电子捕获检测器检测。结果:方法的定量限为0.01 mg/kg,在0.05 mg/kg～0.2 mg/kg 3个添加水平范围内的回收率为78%～94.5%,精密度均小于10.4%。结论:该方法能满足化妆品中丙烯酰胺残留的检测要求。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of acrylamide residues in cosmetics by solid-phase extraction-derivatization-gas chromatography. Methods: Acrylamide in cosmetics was extracted by deionized water, purified by high speed centrifugation and then purified by solid phase extraction (SPE) column. After derivatization with bromide, it was extracted with ethyl acetate and detected by gas chromatography electron capture detector. Results: The limit of quantification was 0.01 mg / kg. The recoveries were 78% ~ 94.5% at 0.05 mg / kg ~ 0.2 mg / kg. The precision was less than 10.4%. Conclusion: This method can meet the testing requirements of acrylamide residues in cosmetics.
