提出了一种燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组静止起动控制方法,并结合理想同步电动机的电压、磁链方程,对无位置传感器转子位置检测技术进行了分析。实现了一种包括盘车速度的起动全程速度范围的无位置传感器转子检测技术。建立了燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组静止起动控制系统仿真模型,对燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组静止起动控制算法及数学模型进行了仿真研究,实现了水泵起动过程的转子位置检测、脉冲换相、自然换相及同期控制。证明了在燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组静止起动控制中,该策略是一种有效的控制方法。
A control method of static start-up of a gas-steam combined cycle unit was proposed. Based on the voltage and flux linkage equations of the ideal synchronous motor, the rotor position detection technology of the position sensorless was analyzed. A position sensorless rotor detection technology that includes cranking speed throughout the entire speed range is implemented. The simulation model of the gas-steam combined cycle unit static start control system is established. The control algorithm and mathematical model of the gas-steam combined cycle unit static start control are simulated. The rotor position detection, pulse commutation, Phase and the same period of control. It is proved that this strategy is an effective control method in the static start control of gas-steam combined cycle unit.
