煤矿液压支架立柱回路中的安全阀,是支架过载保护的关键元件。液体在安全阀内部流动状态直接影响其性能,其性能的优劣,又决定了液压支架的承载能力、移架速度和工作可靠性等。基于FAD500安全阀整体建立了较为详细的流道模型,通过CFD流场仿真方法,获得复杂形体腔内运动流体参数的数值解:压力、速度等分布,并对不同模型仿真结果进行对比分析,验证高压大流量安全阀流道设计的合理性。
Safety valve in coal mine hydraulic support column loop is the key component of rack overload protection. Liquid flow inside the safety valve directly affects its performance, the merits of its performance, but also determines the bearing capacity of the hydraulic support, move the rack speed and reliability of the work.
