目的:研究冬凌草二萜类成分对小鼠的半数致死量(LD50)。方法:按Bliss法设计试验,对小鼠单次灌胃,观察14d内小鼠的毒性反应和死亡情况,以小鼠急性死亡率为指标,测定冬凌草二萜类成分对小鼠LD50和LD50的95%的可信限。结果:冬凌草二萜类成分单次灌胃给药的LD50为1.138g.kg-1,LD50的95%的可信限为0.949~1.397g.kg-1。对死亡小鼠剖解后肉眼观察心、肝、肾、肺、脑、脾、胸腺等重要器官无明显异常发现,但多数动物十二指肠色红充血。结论:冬凌草二萜类成分具有一定的毒性。
Objective: To study the half-lethal dose (LD50) of diterpenoid constituents in mice. Methods: According to the Bliss design test, the mice were intragastrically gavaged and the toxicity and mortality of mice were observed within 14 days. The acute death rate of mice was used as the index to determine the effect of diterpenoid constituents on the LD50 and 95% confidence limit for LD50. Results: The LD50 of diterpenoid components administered by single oral administration was 1.138g.kg-1, and the 95% confidence limits of LD50 was 0.949-1.397g.kg-1. No significant abnormalities were found in the vital organs such as heart, liver, kidney, lung, brain, spleen, thymus and so on, which were observed macroscopically after the dead mice were dissected. However, the duodenal red color of most animals was hyperemic. Conclusion: The diterpenoid components of Rubescens indica L. have certain toxicity.
