以隐性高秆与正常高秆及互不等位的半矮秆杂交及后代测交表明,隐性高秆由隐性的长节间基因eui所决定,除了eui基因之外,隐性高秆还有半矮生基因sd-1,基因型为euieuisd-1sd-1,正常高秆为EuiEuiSd-1Sd-1,eui与sd-1相互独立。隐性高秆和具有sd-1基因的半矮秆杂交,F2表现为eui基因的分离,分离比为1高秆∶3半矮,与正常高秆杂交表现为eui和sd-1两对基因的分离,分离比为13高秆∶3半矮。讨论了长节间基因在杂交水稻育种中的利用途径。
