我国无公害农产品生产基地面积已达到93.2万公顷,总产量102.5亿公斤,其中,无公害蔬菜达到50亿公斤。我省农业厅也提出了《无公害农产品生产技术规范》、《无公害农产品》、《无农药残毒蔬菜生产技术规程》等标准。为了在全省范围内更好地推广无公害绿色食品蔬菜生产技术,特制订了《山西省无公害绿色食品蔬菜生产技术操作规程》。生产无公害绿色食品蔬菜是一个系统工程,它从生产、贮藏到加工等环节都有严格要求。现摘登部分内容介绍如下。
