头颈部恶性淋巴瘤在耳鼻咽喉科临床并非少见。该肿瘤临床特征常不典型，专科医生对此病又缺乏认识，易出现漏诊、误诊现象。现就本科近20年来收治的23例头颈部恶性淋巴瘤作一临床分析，报告如下。1资料与方法1．1临床资料本组23例，男17例，女6例；年龄11～67（平均47．3）岁。
Head and neck lymphoma is not uncommon in the clinical department of otorhinolaryngology. The clinical features of the tumor are often not typical, and specialists lack understanding of the disease, and are prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. A clinical analysis of 23 cases of head and neck lymphoma treated in the undergraduate program for the past 20 years is presented below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data in this group of 23 patients, 17 males and 6 females; aged 11 to 67 (average 47.3) years old.
