植物名称露水草 Cyanotis arachnoideaC.B.Clarke。材料类别茎、叶。培养条件基本培养基为MS。(1)诱导愈伤组织附加2.4—D 2mg/L(单位下同)。(2)诱导芽分化附加 NAA1.0～2.0。(3)小苗生根用(1/2)MS或White培养基附加KT或6—BA0.5～1.0、NAA0.1～0.5。培养温度20～28℃,每天光照12～14小时,光照强度1000～1500lx。
