本文主要采用纳滤膜技术在常温下对经超滤预处理后的雷米普利药物中间体进行间歇性连续恒容脱盐与精制,对纳滤膜法脱盐工艺、除盐效率及产品质量等进行了系统研究。实验结果表明:纳滤膜可实现对雷米普利药物中间体的高效脱盐,纳滤膜脱盐过程中的平均通量大于20L/m2·h,纳滤膜有效组份回收过程的平均通量大于30L/m2·h;纳滤膜技术可将雷米氢化物料液中的灰分从5%降到0.2%以下,最终产品的灰分可控制在2%以内,产品品质与传统二次结晶除盐工艺相比得到了显著提高。
