基于不完全裂缝的假设推导了降温时连续道床板的钢筋应力、裂缝宽度、裂缝间距计算公式,应用计算公式进行了参数分析。研究表明,为控制裂缝宽度在容许限度范围内应将裂缝控制为不稳定裂缝形式,采用变形钢筋;对于配筋率为0.8%、采用C40混凝土的道床板,钢筋直径宜为18~25 mm;当钢筋直径为20 mm时,配筋率应达到0.73%以上;采用高强度混凝土或滑模施工时应相应提高配筋率;由于涂层钢筋对裂缝宽度的影响较大,设计、施工中应尽量避免采用涂层钢筋。
