本研究针对雅马哈公司某摩托车型设计1款外形美观、各项性能满足标准要求的前照灯。首先根据车头数据,构建灯具外观面的造型;然后提出灯罩与灯壳的连接方式,根据材料的耐热标准确定;根据车企的具体要求,调整了灯头安装脚和灯头孔的连接方式;基于配光模拟,构建了灯壳内表面数据;最后进行了试验验证,结果表明该型灯具的配光性能、耐温性能、抗振动性能均满足要求。
In this study, a headlamp designed for a motorcycle of Yamaha Company is designed with beautiful appearance and various performances to meet the standard requirements. First of all, based on the front data, construct the shape of the appearance of the lamp; then, the connection method between the lampshade and the lamp housing is proposed, which is determined according to the heat resistance standard of the material; the connection between the lamp mounting foot and the lamp base hole is adjusted according to the specific requirements of the car manufacturer; The light distribution simulation was used to build the data of the inner surface of the lamp housing. Finally, the test was carried out. The results show that the light distribution, temperature resistance and vibration resistance of the lamp meet the requirements.
